How many pages equal one tree planted?

PrintReleaf guarantees every sheet of paper consumed will be reforested at a rate of 8,333 sheets of standard letter-size (8.5 × 11 inch) 20lb paper, or 37.16kg per tree. This open-source formula is the industry standard established by the Environmental Paper Network.

Are the reforestation projects certified?

Yes. All reforestation partners are audited and certified by SGS International, the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company. SGS performs field audits to verify that every tree certified by PrintReleaf has been planted and survived, with a guaranteed 100% net survival rate.

Where can trees be planted through this program?

Organizations can select from certified reforestation projects worldwide, including locations in British Columbia, Madagascar, United Kingdom, Malaysia, California (Mendocino and Lassen counties), Romania, and France. The program works with global forestry partners including Eden Projects, NuaTree, Plant With Purpose, Trees Water & People, and WeForest.

Is there anything to install for PrintReleaf?

No. PrintReleaf is cloud-based with nothing to install on your server. Paper footprint is calculated automatically through software integrations, you choose the reforestation projects to support, and you receive reports and certificates of tree planting.
